Flowers

Are your flowers local?

We always strive to support our local Victorian growers, and try to keep our carbon footprint to interstate transport only as much as we can. We always guarantee to prioritise local communities and growers, so you know your flowers are Aussie made from seed to arrangement.

I can't find what I want on your website, can you make a custom order?

We sure can! Special occasions call for special arrangements; please contact us at least 24hrs to give notice for a custom bouquet.

Who is making my arrangement?

As florists, we always want to know who is growing the flowers we sell, so it’s only natural you’d like to know who is making your arrangement; check out the about us page to get to know us.

Plants

Are your plants pet safe?

We are a pet friendly shop, so we would never do anything to hurt our animal friends. If a plant is unsafe for our furry friends, it will always be marked accordingly, so please be sure to read the plant descriptions.

Are pots included?

Yes! All our wonderful plants have the pot included in the price shown. If there are different pot options, this will be marked accordingly.

How do I look after my plant?

Care instructions will be provided with every plant. In the case that we missed this, please contact us so we can direct you to the best care.

Are you pet friendly?

We are absolutely pet friendly! And if you’re lucky, you might even see our very own fur friends in the shop when you visit, so bring your furry friends in!

Do you sell anything other than flowers?

Sure do! We have a variety of Australian owned products; check out the add on tab for more.

Delivery

Do you deliver?

Absolutely! Check our delivery tab for all delivery information, including suburbs list, and custom delivery services.

What is your delivery protocol?

Our delivery drivers will always do their best to get your delivery safe and sound to its rightful home. If there are issues with delivery, the courier will always attempt to contact the sender first, followed by the recipient if the sender does not answer. We recommend having your mobile phone on you during the delivery day, in case we may need assistance in delivering.

Can I get my order delivered before a certain time?

We can definitely arrange this, but will need a minimum of 24hrs notice to make sure we can accommodate. Please contact us so we can discuss custom delivery options.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

We may be able to arrange custom delivery to hospitals providing we have 24hrs notice. Please contact us to discuss custom delivery options.

What if I need my order redelivered?

Redelivery for any order can be arranged as long as we have appropriate notice to change the delivery date, as we make our arrangements custom for you. If redelivery is needed due to unsuccessful delivery, we may require an additional delivery fee, as the driver will need to redeliver as necessary.

Floral Care

What should I do when I receive my flowers?

It is imperative that you remove the arrangement from the packaging and place them directly into fresh water. There is no need to add anything to the water! For the best outcome, we recommend changing the water daily and giving them a trim when you do so. Flowers should be left out of harsh and warm sunlight, as this accelerates their bloom.

How long should my flowers be lasting?

On average, a well looked after bouquet will look fantastic for up to a week. We will always label the bloomed flowers accordingly if they are not in perfect condition, but still great to look at.
