Substitutions

Whilst we take every care to ensure that your order is as similar as possible to the requested item, substitutions may be necessary from time to time due to seasonal or availability factors.

 

Refunds / Replacements

If your order cannot be delivered for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible to organise alternative arrangements. For any concerns or enquiries regarding your order, please contact us on (03) 9818 5184. Refunds/Replacements will be dealt with on an individual basis.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you via your provided contact email or telephone number prior to your requested delivery date or prior to the time of dispatch if you are placing a same day order.
